Nobody wants to be treated like a number.  I approach mortgage planning the same way I approach my customers – each one is unique.

If I was to ignore mortgage features, exit strategies, flexibility and market trends along with your own financial situation and long-term goals; it would be like choosing a car based on paint colour alone.  We all know the red ones go faster - but what about fuel economy, safety features and resale value?

You need a mortgage planner that works for you and only you. Rather than being paid by just one bank, I’m independent and have access to virtually all financial institutions. This means my advice is impartial and based purely on whatever is in your best interest.

I do not work for any of the lenders so there is no ulterior motive for me to lead you in any one direction.  By understanding your needs, goals, values and financial situation I am able to provide you options; options that may be with any number of the first quality, reputable, established Canadian financial institutions that you are used to, including some innovative broker-only lenders who offer more attractive and customized options.

SAVE TIME AS WEL AS MONEY

Mortgage “specialists” who work at a bank work for that bank and that bank only. Why be restricted to your banks options?  One alternative would be to speak with every lender in town – but once you start, where do you stop?

As a fully licensed broker, I can shop dozens of lenders on your behalf.  I do the shopping for you and in doing so I can provide you a variety of mortgage options at absolutely no cost to you, based purely on your specific goals.

It’s like doing all of your grocery shopping, cleaning the dishes and doing the laundry - in only the time it takes you to grab a carton of milk.

My personal, unbiased service is FREE.

Even though I work for you, (not the financial institution), I get paid by the financial institution, (not you!).  All lenders pay a similar fee, so there is no financial incentive for me to favour one over the other.  My business succeeds on word of mouth, so my only incentive is to have you satisfied and secure.

My knowledge is invaluable, and it’s completely free.  There hasn’t been a deal this good since Google.
